G.SKILL 32GB (2 x 16GB) Ripjaws V Series DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHz for Intel Z170 Platform Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-32GVK

After building PC and learning about different RAM chips and overclocking them, was hoping that the ddr4 i had ordered (this product) would turn out to be Samsung B-Die. No luck. Taiphoon Burner indicates that this is Hynex Mfr chip. Good news: Set to 3200 in BIOS and runs solid on Ryzen 3700x with MSI X470. Bad news, any time I try to tweak it a little higher, even using values from that RAM Calculator by that famous internet guy, wont boot. Not a problem though, it works as advertised, just wish I could juice it a little more.

I have them running at 3200 and its fast and I have not had any problems with them.

I needed more ram to speed things up. I bought two sets to get to 64gb and what a difference it made from 16gb. Easy to install and my PC recognized them immediatley.

so far so good.

Io a 3200 non riesco a farle andare ma non è un problema potrebbe essere anche a causa di altri componenti del pc anche se non credo... Diciamo che se le trovate in offerta sono da prendere.

But dont try to overclock it using DRAM Calculator. Wont work. You get what you pay for.

Havent OC yet, have not the time for that. But works perfect with the i7-6700k, m2 950 and the gigabyte z170gt. A little cheaper would be good or at least a better latency, but was a good enough deal. Something to consider, I have not get more that 6.5Gb used yet. So 16Gb are still a lot and 8Gb enough, but 32Gb looks grate.
