This was supposed to be/was advertised as 100% copper. I bought 25 ft at the same cost of 50 ft of wire because I wanted pure copper, not copper bonded to aluminum. I feel ripped off.

It looks like solid copper, this wire was a good deal. Used it for long runs inside my car, I wouldnt use it for high temp locations (i.e. inside your engine bay) the coating is not designed for high temps.
