My groomer uses this brand. I liked the spray cologne. The fragrance is different than the shampoo but is still very pleasant. They do need to pack it better. It was is the Amazon bag with alot of room to move around. There was a chip that broke off the lid. The chip was in the bag so I figured it was due to packaging. Also some shampoo did come out. The bottle was slippery and some was on the inside of the bag.

Happy with the product strongly recommended it.

Very nice shampoo. I use a little more shampoo than the ratio to water, but it works better for my standard poodle that way. Smells great.

My wire fox terrier has allergies. When I use this shampoo, it gives her relief for 24 hours. A lot of other shampoos I have tried would only work for a few hours before she would start biting again.

For some reason this expensive dog shampoo. Ships with a very loose bag around it. It has a pop top. It never occurred to them to put a piece of tape on it stop it from opening. Naturally it opened up in transit and ruined the other items i ordered with it. Now i maybe 60% of the shampoo left. The shampoo itself does smell great and cleans effectively. Though i will not buy again, if you dont care how your products get to your customers home then you dont deserve my business.

Realize it’s concentrated but even diluted it made rinsing a triple chore. If your dog has long or even medium length, or is double coated, beware and dilute it a bunch. Even after I dried my dog, honestly considered bathing him again with my normal shampoo, 4-legger because not only does that shampoo lather well, rinses out - but also leaves the coat soft and no conditioner except for tail and ears. This shampoo made my dogs’ hair feel thick and soap build-up. Lastly, with 4-Legger my dog smells fresh, no perfume or doggie stink. This shampoo made my dog smell like a smelly dog.

We wash our pup at least once/week (indoor dog; sleeps in bed with us). This scent last almost the whole week, keep coat conditioned; and is sensitive enough not to damage the pups skin.
