Wow! Just set it up. Very easy to do! Using water only as ice packs not frozen yet. Love it! Felt the room temperature drop immediately. We live in a small apartment. If you have a large room, you may need two of these. We are expecting record heat in a part of the country where most people do not have AC. So it will be a god-send.

Not sure where I went wrong relative to the large group of satisfied purchasers. Cool air from the machine lasted 15 minutes max but did increase the humidity in the room so the room was not only hot but moist too. Seller was unresponsive to troubleshooting efforts so sent this back

Nice fan, easy to use, and like the electronic display. The fan itself is pretty great, the high wind speed is powerful. It is very light weight. However, below are things needs to note: 1. The cooling feature only works well for small rooms. We tested the fan in different rooms, and we found out that this cooling is not that efficient for our living room which is about 220 sqft. 2. Just a fan, not really a Air Cooler. It does has the feature cooling system that releases water vapor. But it basically just make the wind slightly cooler than without the cooling feature, is not as cold as one would expect. 3. Water consumed faster than expected. We filled the water tank all the way up and start the cooling function, after 4 hours it already ran out of the water and needed refill. 4. The not easy to move using wheels on the carpet floor, and with water and chiller running you need to be careful moving it. 5. Hard to notice if the wide oscillation is really working or just a display on the screen. Overall, if you just consider this as a small, light, and easy to use fan, it works great.

We bought this as an AC for our fifth wheel hoping it would use less power than our built in AC. The fan is great! But it unfortunately hasn’t cooled the trailer like we were hoping. It’s pretty and the digital display is fancy looking, the remote is nice. Although it’s next to our tv and when using the tv remote it messes with the settings on the unit… I’m not sure how it’s connecting like that but, for a room I’m sure this would work well.

Decent air conditioner. Have to refill water after 1 evening-use. Does sort of leave the room smelling musty. Like a cheap motel. I don’t leave it running all day to avoid this smell issue.

Im sorry It just got hot out and I have a small porch.. normally the $39 one works like a charm... this is just like a fan.. thats it.. I definitely would have returned it!!

I live in Seattle, Washington where the Spring and Summer are getting warmer, so in good faith after reading other reviews, bought this hoping it would help. I don’t have a window that would allow me for a window unit air conditioner, so this is my last resort. Well after a few tries not only did this not cool the air down, but it actually showed on the thermostat that it was getting warmer inside. I definitely had it on the core mode have the icebox inside make sure there was enough water, and still did not bring me relief that I thought it would. I simply use it now on fan mode, but this was a waste of my money and I wish I can get it back. Extremely disappointed.
