I bought this economical DVD set to play on my international DVD player. All the movies except one (The Quiet American) played fine. I bought another brand of the Quiet American and enjoyed the other movies. Then, after a year, when I took out the DVD set to play one of the movies, I found NONE of the movies play on my international DVD player. WHY? The DVDs must have degraded in their sleeve for no apparent reason.
