It didnt have string/attachment. You have to get your own. (Receive it the night before the event no fault of Amazon.) I tape the banner to the wall.

First attempt at a ballon garland/arch. These balloons worked great. Much easy to tie than others I ordered. Would recommend.

The kids loved this during graduation but when it came to inflating them it popped so easily and if you inflate them overnight by tomorrow they will all be on the floor so I wouldn’t get this again

They have instructions On the package on how to make a garland but the English is so broken that the instructions are hard to understand I would not recommend this I just ended up blowing balloons and just leaving them on the floor instead of making a Garland very disappointed in this product

They seemed like normal balloons. We filled them but did not over fill them. They kept popping on their own within 5 minutes. The party lasted 2 hours and they were all popped by then except 2. The confetti was everywhere
