These are great for curing brisket to make bacon. A little thin. Seal is easily compromised so I used 3 bags going in opposite directions to ensure no leaking. I cured a 12# brisket. It was 17” by just under 13” and the thickest end was 4.5” and it fit nicely with the curing liquids and dry ingredients. I will be sharing this with a friend who also loves to cure larger pieces of meat.

They work perfect for my needs. They hold a lot of product and are very durable.

Not heavy like a freezer bag but more like a regular zip bag. They will do for my application.

Good value for the money - not the best at sealing in liquids.

The plastic bags are very good price for the money.
