While these gummies are excellent in taste. I don’t see any benefit of them helping to lose weight. But they taste so good so I bought them anyways.

i received this product in the mail today....the product had melted at some point in transit...the product was gooey, stuck together and was not edible...i know the product is non returnable and attempted either a refund or more preferably a replacement...due to extremely poor customer service i have been unable to do either...surprised that Amazon allows a vendor to treat customers like this....very first time I have had an issue like this with Amazon vendor....future users of GOLI products please use this as words to the wise

These taste so good. They do their job

I love the taste, however, they are very hard to get out of the bottle. Literally have to get a utensil to dig them out. Not convenient. Overall I love them but the difficultly getting them out of the bottle is my only struggle with them. Not sure what the company can do to change that, so not sure Ill buy again for that reason. I have arthritis and cannot even reach way inside (plus I have small hands as well).

I’ve been using these for a couple of weeks with no noticeable changes. So I’m not likely to finish the bottle. I’d like to drop 10 lbs. And so I’m just going to try fasting. It seems more effective. I’ll save these for when I crave a sweet treat instead.
