I bought this laptop for my son for Christmas open and turned on and the screen never went past the gateway screen he was very disappointed tried everything to get it to work have to return

I didnt expect for the computer to come in a sealed Gateway box with all of its components including the laptop case and mouse inside. This arrived like a brand new computer. This was a great purchase and after using it for 2 weeks, so far so good!
