I love this shower curtain for the comical snorkeling beagle. I think it is adorable and it makes me smile. I cannot tell you about water résistance because I use a shower curtain liner to prevent the curtain from getting wet. It lets in a fair amount of light into your shower area. The colors are bold and the design is entertaining.
