Very good product. Recommended.

Bought to expand beyond the limits of the original that came with the unit. Planning on replacing with plywood when time allows. Works for the interim to keep bugs out. Very flimsy.

I dislike that I was unable to install due to age and health and lack of help and the vents were not need and they refused to take back an unopened item

I can say that there nothing wrong with the product. I purchased a 8000 BTU window air conditioner and the description said that I needed to purchase the window side panels as the air conditioner did not come with an installation kit. Well it did come with a installation kit so you do not need to purchase these panels unless you have a very large window.
