Fried Green Tomatoes

I seen this movie back in the early 90s. The price was cheap so I bought to watch a 2nd time. Very good movie.

Good movie. Maybe, a bit dated. The truck used as the wrecker is on display at the Iowa 80 Trucking Museum.

愛する人を目の前でなくし、人種差別やDV、中高年の夫婦関係といった問題を女性達が友愛でしなやかにウィットにとんだ会話や行動力で乗り切っていく何よりも重く感じさせない、爽快感すら感じさせてくれます、角度を変えればサスペンスや推理力も要する内容で大好きな作品です。

One of my all time favorite movies. Even though there are parts of it that are sad, there are many uplifting moments. Im from Alabama and I think they did a pretty good job overall of giving a glimpse into life in the Depression era South. If you dont understand the meaning of loyalty, then you need to watch this movie. Theres something for everyone here! Oh yeah, the book is great to, although a little short. It even includes some recipes for those famous fried green tomatoes! YUM!!

Since I grew up in Texas and my wife was born in Mobile, Alabama, we both have seen things along these lines in our youth. Tragic treatment of blacks and lower class by those who felt they were better. We loved watching the movie so much this first time, that we just purchased it.
