Works really well and keeps everything straight and aligned.

Even when somewhat dull, it completed a project that the new orange product could not.

Its a simple bit, but it works great. I cant speak to the longevity just yet, but it looks and feels really good, so I would lean toward a longer life span. It really made a difference on my last few projects.

I had never used a flush trim bit before but was making a curved top for a dresser and a bed. After making the form this worked well to create a smooth curve in ¾ inch maple plywood. Bonus. I made two end panels for the baby bed each from two pieces of laminated ¼ inch maple plywood equaling about 7/16 inch thickness. One was square; one was not. Decided to use the square end panel as a pattern; laid the un-square end panel on the square end panel; clamped them together. Using the flush trim bit, I was able to square the un-square panel.

This bit has been perfect for forming 3/4” hardwood. It’s very sharp with a great bearing and I expect to use it for a long time.

I had 30 parts to cut and did not want to use a jig saw to cut the. I made a jig and routed them all in about 1/2 hour. Very happy with them.

These router bits stay sharp for cutting 3/4 particle boards and laminate

I use this to trim Wilsonart laminate to plywood edges in a Sprinter I built into an RV. I went overboard, laminating both sides of many panels. After about 6 large sheets it is showing some wear. I learned to squirt it with WD40 before and after each job, because that loosens the contact cement I used for the laminate. If the bearing stops spinning, youll burn the wood.

This is a great tool. Keep it clean and the bearing greased and it will last a very long time. I highly recommend it.

Good product and seems durable did the job I needed it to do. Cut hard red oak like butter. Very accurate and it rolls well. Will buy other bits in the future.
