Didnt like it when I opened it up thought it it to be to flimsy to do much but after a few crashes its done its job landed on my shoulder hard but I didnt feel anything my shoulder was fine there are better ones out there but not for the price of this plus I can ware it under my jersey if want I just say its better than it looks I race harescrambles in Tennessee had it since last winter and its holding up

Fit is nice and tight!

As I have gotten better at mountain biking I have shed my long sleeved protection in favor of this vest. The best is very light as I like the fact that there is adequate protection in the shoulders while not feeling bulky! It has two quick release straps so that you can easily take off without much effort It is also very breathable as there are perforation holes… Buy with confidence for mountain biking! I have heard of others using for Quad or motorcycle riding as I would not do that… I would add that I do use elbow pads as there is no elbow protection
