> 24 hourHad to chuckle with flavor being one of the rating features. The horse didnt spit it out so it couldnt have been too bad, then again he likes rotten bananas. So other than the flavor and price, the product appears to have worked well for our senior horse.

> 24 hourI have 4 large horses, and this bucket was the perfect size to feed all of them the 10 day ration. I can’t say if it did it’s job - I’ll have to trust the ingredients , but it was easy to use and the best price for multiple horses.

> 24 hourTo be honest horse colic is a catastrophic event but so low frequency/base rate, that I’m not sure that 1 month is long enough to know if the product works as intended. Although to be fair, a year of use might not be enough to know for sure, either. So I’m going off what’s known about the benefits of the main ingredients. If my horses did not spend the vat majority of their time in a sand paddock (not my first choice but inevitable for now), I would not be using this, but since they do it does bring me peace of mind. I think the cost for the first month/loading dose is a bit high, since most horses also take hay, grain/balancer and a number of other supplements. But, it’s a good price compared to alternatives, and after the initial loading dose you only need to give it 3 days/month. So at that point it becomes rather attractive in my horse’s situation. As far as taste, my piggie Haflinger loves anything and eats this straight up. My Appaloosa while also enthusiastic about certain foods told us he will not eat it by itself, thank you very much. So we split his daily balancer into am and pm and give this mixed in. He eats it then. Minus one star for that, although that pony also refuses all fresh berries, so can’t fault the product too much for taste. At the end of the day he’ll eat it mixed in and that’s what matters. I recommend it if you need Psyllium husk for your horses, and will keep buying it until my horses can move pack to the pasture.

> 24 hourI tested this on a 26yo QH, a 22yo Arab, and a weanling. All of them happily ate it out of my hands. I gave it daily to the QH, he was the only one who needed it, and he willingly ate it. All of the horses I tried it on are good eaters, not sure how it would work for a picky eater. This worked well on the QH. I took a star off because its kind of pricey, but otherwise I liked it a lot. The pellet formulation is better than powder, IMO.

> 24 hourWow after spending a small fortune on other psyllium for my two horses this was great, not sure if it really cleared all the sand and dirt from them but I feel better :)

> 24 hourHelping to protect gut health from my horses that pasture graze, this has worked well. The horses seem to like it and we’ve had no issues with colic or weight loss. Good product for the value
