This product is amazing! It works perfectly, it keeps the water warm. The only thing I dislike is that the tub is to high so you must be sitting on a high stool in order for your calves to not hurt.

When the water gets hot the temperature control wont let me to turn it down

The product is deep which allows me to soak my injured achilles. Takes maybe 20 minutes to heat up from room temperature to full heat but it does heat up contrary to some of the reviews on here. I usually just fill with hot water so its good to go right away. If you use epson salt just rinse out after each use. Ive only had for a week but so far its been exactly what I was looking for. If anything changes I will revise.

This is very nice after a long day on my feet. The temperature is preset to go to 108 but can be adjusted very easily. Find a place to set this up so you can sit in a comfortable position and relax. The timer can be set in 10 minute intervals. I dont know why the review asked about a remote control unless I was supposed to get one (gotta look into that). This was worth it.

1st let’s say when u go to a spa they don’t have a massage in the tub u putting ur feet in this does great . This cover ur whole feet It get the Konts out your feet Iam happy . I put cold water in so it heats up it self the water was very warm . If I want it to be. A little hotter to loose up more of the knots use warm water then it get hotter . I don’t know why people complain about this product it works great for me it fits in to my spa I have in my bedroom

I have used this several times and overall its not a horrible product. However, it could use some improvements. The temp feature is not a temp control feature. It just tells you how hot the water is... and it gets HOT. If plugged in the machine continues to warm the water. Id love it more if the temp button actually controlled the temp. The only way to cool it down is to unplug it. The shower feature I have no use for. I dont completely understand why its even a feature.. its pretty useless. And the top ridge of the product could use some padding (opposite the control pad where your calves rest) or it could even be slanted. It is unforgiving and cuts into the calves if youre not sitting straight up and down like you would if you were sitting in an office chair. Sitting on the couch with my feet in it is very uncomfortable on the calves. I do love the massager piece, it feels good on my feet. And I like that there is a drain hose on it, that makes it easier to drain and rinse out. I will be looking for another spa, though, because Id like to have temperature control and be able to comfortably use it while sitting on the couch. I just cant do that with this one.

Works as described. I like the fact that you can remove the massage unit, this makes it very easy to clean and rinse. Overall all I think this unit is very well designed. Not sure why people complained about the opening being too small. Im a size 11 and my feet fit fine. Great purchase!!

I have two of these units and I would save your hard earned money. These are absolutely not reliable.I bought this unit because looked high quality that would last a good number of years . I bought one unit in March 2019 and shortly after the shower function malfunctioned, also the temp control was bad because water didnt stay at consistent temperature. Water would get extremely hot after setting to comfortable temp. So I got in touch with company after initial purchase and breakdown and they said to Pay Pal them $25 for a new unit. I did that. Well guess what ? This SECOND unit had EXACT SAME problems. Shower malfunction and inconsistent heat. Not reliable. Thought high quality and would last number years they did not. Bottom line. I spent $75 for the first unit and $25 for second. I spent $100 and am now the proud owner of two defective useless unit! Warranty only year. Customers need more than a year on faulty units . contacted the company recently to complain about TWO faulty units and that Im out of $100 Their solution? Send me a THIRD unit. No thanks! ( taking chances to get a third defective unit.
