This fan features rechargeable batteries and a remote control. I ordered this fan for my son’s football camp that is held at a college. The football players stay in dorm rooms that are not air-conditioned and a fan is a necessity. This fan is perfect. It will charge during the day while the kids are on the field, then in the evening and throughout the night it will cool them. As a bonus, it’s small size will allow it to fit in my son’s football bag and there will be no extension cords to trip over at night in an unfamiliar dorm room. I am delighted I ordered it, and my son will be pleased too. That is, as pleased as a teenage boy can be over a fan.

The Koonie folding fan is designed with travel and portability in mind. Extends like a normal floor standing fan and folds into an easy to carry portable fan. The fan has strong breeze, 4 speed, remote and full oscillating function. Absolutely love and highly recommend this!!

Ive had other similarly designed fans and I find that this one with a seven blade fan vs. a three blade fan in other brands, is quieter and delivers more air flow. It also has a higher capacity battery which should result in longer running times at any speed. The light option is relatively useless, but would provide some general illumination in a tent or other space that has no lighting. Also, like other fans of similar design, this fan has a natural wind setting in addition to the standard low, medium, high settings. I personally find such a setting to be of no value. When Im running or cycling the breeze if feel is mostly due to how fast Im running or cycling; the ambient changes in wind speed are not significant. So this option that changes the fan speed in a pseudo random fashion is of no interest to me. Bottom line, the two options that do not matter much to me can be ignored and the basic functionality of the fan suits my needs perfectly - especially as I run on a home treadmill.

This foldable fan really moves the air. Even at full height, this fan is sturdy. Its also very quiet, even at full speed. I got this fan for the summer black-outs. The remote that comes with it, doubles as a backup LED light. All-in-all, I really like this USB fan. I would definitely get this again. I also recommend this fan for power outages, or for camping.

Good size fan with a nice little punch of power for one person. Perfect for my kid while she is away at camp in the cabins. But not sure how long the battery will last as this gets older.

The longest I could get this fan to run was 2 hours. I needed it for overnight trips and I need blowing air to sleep well. The charge just would not last but 1 hours maybe 2 even when I programed it to run 4 hours. Not satisfied with this product for my needs.

This is an already assembled fan with a small amount of charge. Enough so that in your excitement in seeing if this thing really works as advertised and as people have reviewed you can easily take it for a quick spin (see what I did there?? LOL). Remote works exactly as youd expect. The fan expansion to full height is intuitive. You can easily figure it out but there are really clear instructions included. This fan is really neat. Like it folds back down to a smallish size, shorter than a soda can. The circumference is 8 as described but that thing moves a lot of air. I am really impressed with this innovative and functional product.

The adjustable height and tilting head of the fan allow me to put it at the ideal height and angle regardless of whether Im relaxing in bed, working in the kitchen, or sitting at my desk.Without having to physically approach the fan, I can simply change the settings for the speed, timer, and oscillation with the remote .it is a great option for any cooling need.

I love that this fan has a remote! It works well but the issue I have is with the base. When the fan is fully extended it can not hold the weight and falls over. It is fine if you put something heavier like a rock inside the base but I shouldnt have to do this since its advertised to be used fully extended. I like how compact it is for easy storage and the remote works well and also fits inside. I wish it worked better when it was fully extended.
