I have bought numerous different ice packs, and these are the best I ever bought. They stay cold a very long time. They are flexible. I keep leaving them places, so I have to keep buying more.

It’s big enough for your lower or upper back, and also flexible enough to be folded in half. It’s a good ice pack. I’m going to get another so I have a backup. Will also be useful for when summer heat is really high, feels great to put against your back.

This is a great ice pack. I used it primarily for my knee and leg following surgery. It is big enough to cover both my knee and leg. It stays cold for a while. I own two so I can trade off, as needed.

This reusable ice pack is quite heavy which I like It lasts a good while and has helped me immensely as I have been using it three times a day on my back to calm the swelling of arachnoiditis in my spine. I highly recommend this product.

Purchased for my family member who has had both knees replaced over the part five years. Complete lifesaver. Fits nicely around the leg and can be easily cushioned using a standard pillowcase. Despite the larger size and with the pillowcase on it folds up neatly and fits in a freezer with little space. Great product!
