> 3 dayI got a colored (wrong delivery) one so I can’t judge how easy is this one to clean but the colored one was leaking color. I imagine this one wouldn’t be bad. The sturdiness was fine and the quality of wood too.

> 3 dayThis wood hide is flexible and great for the piggies. They chew on it but I think its okay because they need it for their teeth. Really good purchase for them.

> 3 dayThis wood hideout is pretty large. Plenty big for a growing baby sulcata tortoise, which is what I got it for. It also bends, so you can change the shape of it and make it as wide or as narrow as you want. It’s also pretty sturdy. Very happy with my purchase!!

> 3 dayI found a grown box turtle in the middle lane of a very busy intersection at the cross street of another very busy intersection. With no nearby woods and nothing but businesses around, and after searching the Internet for anyone who lost a box turtle, I decided to build him a habitat in my yard. I looked everywhere for a hideaway large enough for him but could find nothing until I came across this one online. It is absolutely perfect. The quality is very good it’s very sturdy. I like that you can shape it to fit your needs. I bought a moss liner at a local pet store and cut it to fit over the top to make it more natural (although the wood itself was very natural on its own, the moss will also help retain humidity inside). This hideaway tunnel is not only functional, but a very natural looking addition to the habitat. Turtle loves it. He’s in it right now. My next goal is to build a small wading pond! I love this product and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially if you have a pet and all the store-bought hideaways are way too small. Great quality and I am very happy with this purchase.

28-10-2024This is perfect, our tortoise loves his new house. here he is hanging out on top but he loves to sleeping inside as well. His new favorite place. This is exactly what we were looking for, most of the logs from a pet store were to small for him to fit inside.

> 3 dayI didn’t realize it was bendable when purchased but it’s so great! You can bend it to many widths and shapes so it can grow as my tortoise grows! My African leopard tortoise is 3.5 pounds and this is the perfect size hide for him. I’m sure he will be able to use it for another couple years.

> 3 dayThis product is great. Great adjustability, which provides versatility, able to make a tunnel, bridge, wall etc.. Very durable, can endure weight on top and not collapse (placed 4lbs. on top and feel I could have added more), over all well made. Unfortunately it’s too large for my turtles basking area. Was thinking the dimensions might have worked, but I was off after adding other items. Hope they will make more exactly like this one in quality, but smaller sizes ie: large and medium. Four stars only because

> 3 dayI got the larger size hoping both Guinea pigs would want to hang out inside together but only one pig uses it at a time. They LOVE it though! Very happy with this purchase!

> 3 dayLoved this for my larger tortoise. Reptile places only sell for smaller tortoise so this was great for a larger one.

26-10-2024I love the size of this but its not as sturdy as the Jumbo kaytee fiddlesticks which unfortunately they are not producing even though its a better size for a rabbit. Its a good quality EXCEPT it will jot hold its shape due to thinner more flexible wire. I am using it as a tunnel bridge between two castle pieces and every time my 2lb bunny jumps on it, it sags down and looses its shape and slides. The kaytee version had thick poseable wire so it would stay in that position indefinitely and the ends did not slide out and misshape. My baby bunny is afraid to jump on it anymore. I loved the kaytee and so did my last bunny. I had hoped this one would be as sturdy but I was disappointed. If they would make that improvement it would be worth the pricepoint for that size. Its the perfect size for a bunny. Also, the sticks are not as tighly arranged as the Kaytee which also helps with sturdiness. there is a space on the top wher it curves that is open enough to catch a toenail and get hurt. I do not recommend for sturdiness issues but if you just want a tunnel I guess its good for rhat but you know bunnies like to jump on their tunnels so please consider that point before purchasing. Chew proof is not an issue as thats what its made for but there were rough pieces and spinters sticking up between the sticks that I had to sand down for safety I hope this helps someone.
