I like these filters, there is no dislike.

We moved into our current house 13 years ago which the AC/furnace had an electro-static filter. Difficult to take the filters out and spray them with a garden hose just before freezing weather and then had to wait for cool weather in the spring to spray again. Decided to try this filters and they are great. Easy to change, When dusting the floors, about the same amount of dust, but the dust is white, which I dont know the reason for that. On the box, it says could last up to a year, but I change them every 4 months. I love them, go down in my stand-up crawl space, switch it and done in 5 minutes. Also, I tried a couple of other brands, this Filtrete brand are the only filters that fit snug, others had too much space on top and ends and wobbled a lot.

Filtrete filters are good quality. Mine was delivered with some slight damage. Not enough to hinder functionality. The filter was easy enough to insert into the furnace but was a bear to get back out as the damaged edges caught. I will buy at the store in the future to make sure there is no damage.

These filters are same as the Honeywell filters made for their filter box, but slightly different in length and height, but the width is the same. So as far as its fit inside the honeywell filter box is the same. As far as the filtering effectiveness and life, they are the same. My Lennox furnace fan runs continuously 24x7 and hence it filters a lot. The heating & cooling guy who sold me the unit told me I only need to replace the filters once a year! The honeywell filter or this captures a lot of dirt because it continuously runs, so I replace it in 6 months. But the filter recommendations say replace it in every 3 months. That is for the 1inch filters. But for these 4 in wide box filters, life is definitely longer.

These filters were used for my furnace. I’ve used them for sometime now and I’m completely satisfied.
