I love our new bowls. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is a quality control issue. I needed to buy this 3 times to get two bowls that didnt have a foreign particle trapped under the glaze. Given that the outer bowls are white, the particle was VERY noticeable each time.

This is easily the best thing Ive bought in a long time. The weight of them is incredible!! And the outside is not smooth, but textured. Im a NYC gal and love art and quality. I dont have much money to enjoy true top-quality often, but these feel rich, well-made and are just gorgeous! I needed a bowl that was big enough for a big salad, but not as big as a mixing bowl. These are just perfect and the packaging was tops too, just so glad I bought these bowls!! Than you to the seller!!!

I had looked for bowls like these for quite awhile before I picked these. They are just a bit bigger than I thought, but that is entirely ok. They are very pretty inside and out and I know I will get a LOT of use out of them. Not cheap feeling at all...having some weight to them. I can see them being used for Pasta dishes, or chili, or soup, with plenty of room so it wont splash out. Or could be used to serve side dishes as well. Very pleased.
