That being said, when I wrote my previous review and contacted the seller, I got a prompt response and they more than took care of my issue. Hoping the new bag will last more ch longer as I really love this bag and I use it every. I am a preschool teacher and it hold everything I need conveniently!

> 24 hourI’m absolutely enjoying this bag! I got the larger one and the capacity of it is unnoticeable until to put a bunch of stuff in it. I first thought the straps were weird (especially since I overlooked it in the picture) but it has become one of my favorite features. What a convenient of not putting it on your back when you know you’re gonna need something after you put it on your back lol. Great job!
