We keep a tree up year round and needed lights on it that werent a hassle to change. These have several functions, are bright and easy to use. We change the color for the different holidays. Many different sequences that are fun for different times of day/parties/relaxing. Good quality and have lasted quite awhile so far.

The colors are pretty simple, but it does the main thing I wanted of it- it can steadily display multiple colors at a time. It has a very cute twinkling effect with the multi colored setup, but if its steady, colors can come up frequently, and its possible to have multiple bunches of the same (ie, four reds in a row, then three blues) the remote is solid, the cord from the plug to the lights is long enough for my use, even a bit too long, but thats the preferred problem to have control over where the lights start. A good, inexpensive strand. (heads up to photosensitive folks, the flash white mode is a bit much, but the wave twinkle is lovely and doesnt set off my partner prone to seizures)

These little lights pack quite a punch. Theyre no where near as blindingly bright as others I own and I love being able to adjust the colors. There are many lights on one string and, for my pencil 7 foot Xmas tree, I have three strands and could probably have one more. The tree is heavily covered with twinkling lights (using the fade setting). There are only two issues I have so far. First, the wires are very long (but thin so they tend to disappear in the background) and Im worried about how well theyll handle being moved frequently (like being taken off of the tree and put it back on again) and they have a tendency to tangle (and become a cat toy). The second issue is, as others have said, the remote isnt quite sensitive enough so Ive had to stand practically over them to make the functions work (and Im amassing quite a few of these smaller remotes and Im forgetting which item they operate. For anyone saying these are too bright, one tip I have is to use cotton batting or something like a cotton ball to look like snow. I pull the material a little bit so that the bulb is slightly covered. Because theres not much heat generated, theyve been safe for years for me to use but it is another issue Im going to have to watch to make sure the there is no break in the line. I also appreciate being able to plug into a battery or into the wall increasing my options to use them.

I use these while van camping. I use the red color most of the time. They are easy to set up and have worked flawlessly for a couple months so far. I leave them installed long term inside my van. When my 3 year old grandson rides with me he gets a kick out of making “Christmas lights” while we drive to our destination. It is a sweet bonus that he enjoys them so much.

The lights are gorgeous but the wire theyre on is far too delicate. The first set was broken out of the box and returned for a new set. This set broke just trying to untangle enough to hang up. I was pretty gentle with them so not sure what it takes to get a set that holds up.

I love these little things. The end is very small very diameter, making it easy to insert through small holes so that it can used for more applications than those that can be strung together. I used it on my bar. By drilling 3/8 holes in the corners I was able to thread the string through the whole thing, and hold it in place with the removable 3M hooks. Now I can light it up for all different things - Green for St Paddys day, as shown, or red for Valentines or Christmas, orange for Halloween. Or, any of various patterns with multicolors. Cheap, easy to use. And people come over, see it, and every single person wants to know where THEY can get some.
