At first glance, this is your basic small-ish wheeled suitcase. it has the supplemental regular handles on both the vertical top and horizontal top. It has the pull out extended handle that allows you to pull your stuff along. But thats kind of where the basic or typical stops.

This suitcase is the perfect size for me, as I prefer to not check luggage on every flight. It is small enough to be a carry-on, yet easy to maneuver and steer in compact spaces. Its price is a value compared to the superb quality.

This is a 20 suitcase but it is larger than another one I have of that size. There doesnt seem to be an exact standard. Nevertheless, it would easily be a carry-on in all planes. Its also heavier than some of the lightweight suitcases available. The materials seem to be high quality - with YKK zippers, smooth rolling wheels, and nice touches like a ring for hangers and convenience pockets, but also has a streamlined look. It also expands, which sometimes 20 suitcases do not, and has an integrated TSA approved lock. Hanke is a brand I wasnt familiar with, but they appear to be producing a quality product (though not necessarily featherweight).

Ease of use and the ability to withstand tough treatment are what I most look for in a carry-on, and this one fits the bill. It rolls beautifully, whether tipped to roll only on the back wheels, or used on all 4 rolling wheels. The handle slides up and down easily and clicks satisfyingly into place. It is a great size for a short trip, or for a carry-on, and the zippers work well. The expandable side pockets take up a surprising amount of room all on their own, which is a bit unfortunate; they dont lie flat when not filled. Airlines vary in appropriate sizes for carry-ons, but for when this is a permissible size, its a nice little suitcase.

Great value for an expandable carry on bag. Telescopic handle and four wheels make for easy transport. Soft sided bag stows easily in the overhead compartment. Comes with TSA accepted locking.

I just finished writing another review for another suitcase that costs just under $1,000 and--to my mind--wasnt nearly as well-designed as this one. I love-love-love all the little pockets and little things theyve added to make it easier to pack. This has a very reasonable price but, to my mind, is better designed.

The Hanke Expandable Softside Carry On Luggage has easy to roll wheels with 360 turn capability. It also has a good number of pockets.
