had some weight so it doesnt tip over

This was a great deal.I bought the medium size for $2. Id say its about 5-6 inches round/rectangle(ish), maybe 2 inches high and about 1 - 1 1/2 inches deep. It has a one 90° corner so fits great up against the glass in the corner oof the terrarium. The other edges are pretty natural (shaped) looking. Its heavy than expected, being plastic, a good medium weight. Nice and smooth inside surface, nice rocky look/ tecture on the outside.

My leopard gecko loves this! its larger than I thought it was going to be and its deep enough so he can fit his whole body into the water when shedding.

I purchased the extra large water dish at the end of February. Its barely been 6 months and the dish is leaking. My enclosure is bioactive so it wasnt immediately apparent that it was a leak and not just my snake drinking or playing in it. This is the second Exo Terra product that has leaked in less than 6 months. I love the look of them but wont be buying anything from them again. I tried to return or exchange it but apparently the warranty is only 30 days. Do NOT buy these unless youre fine replacing them every 6 months.

Cant hold enough water to last my little snake more than a week. I bought a much larger one and it works better than this one.

I love this product and everything by this company. However medium to me is not medium to the company. I expected it to be a bit larger - it is really only a good size for a small snake or other small animals. Other than that...Awesome!
