> 3 dayThis is an awesome hip bag for mountain biking. Its secure around your waist, holds plenty of water, (you can add two additional water bottles beside the 1 1/2 liter bladder). It has sufficient room for tools and spare tube within reason. The waist strap and clip are very secure and do not come loose while riding. Makes a BIG difference at keeping your back cool on hot days. I as so glad I got it. It is well worth it. I rarely if at all use my full back pack anymore,...

> 3 dayThe bag looks nice, it is thoughtfully designed overall, and looks/feels like it will probably last a long time. The clip that holds the magnet is pretty useless. It likes to fall off at the wrong moment and try to get lost. This can be easily remedied with a ziptie, but for something so simple it feels like a huge oversight in the product design. This bag is HUGE. It might as well be a backpack but without the comfort and support of a backpack. If you fill up the bladder the bag is this giant uncomfortable lump pressing into your lower back. If you take the bladder out it is a lot better but then you are back to water bottles. I happen to like my water bottles so Im not totally put off by this concept. This bag is made for giants. At 6 and 170lbs and a 31/32 waist I have twice as much belt and strap as I need. It makes the whole thing feel clumsy. the little side pockets on the belt wind up wrapping around to the front of my stomach. Im going to try it again before I pass final judgement, but Im probably going to return it and try to find an alternative that is designed for normal people that arent plus sized.

28-10-2024What’s not to like about this hip pack... Has plenty of room for all the essentials along with a 50oz bladder and the addition of two outside pockets to carry two additional water bottles. The elastic waist strap is so comfortable that you forget the pack is on your waist. Unlike other hip packs of hat have a narrow waist strap. Definitely worth every cent

> 3 dayThe hip pack is versatile and ideal for small trip. I can fit my iphone 8plus, 2-3 snack bars, car keys, full 1.5L of water, and wiskey canteen.

> 3 dayI decided to try this out because I was sick on a backpack pulling and hitting my back on rides and the discomfort. I’ve used this for 2 days back to back and for pretty much all day long. I filled the 1.5LTR bladder completely full and put a few snack, wallet, keys, iPhone 12 Pro Max with a otter box completely fine! This thing has so much room and using it while riding was amazing and you couldn’t even notice it. The water magnet was great and hasn’t really came off at all (someone other people said they disliked about it). The bag is extremely comfortable, not hot, breathable and sleek; also you can find also fit 2 water bottles in it also. I would recommend this to anyone looking to move from a backpack to a hip pouch or anyone that’s looking for good hydration pack in general. 10/10

> 3 dayI had researched the reviews on hip packs and the EVOC got the best for a reason. It is comfortable to wear, holds just the right amount of gear and does not bounce around.

27-10-2024I bought this pack 3 years ago and it has become my go-to bag for shorter hikes. With both the water bladder and water bottle pockets, I can change up configurations. If I want to have room for a lunch/snack or lightweight jacket, I toss water bottles in the pockets and dont use the reservoir. The bottle holders are just deep enough that the pull cord snugs up well around a standard bike water bottle (you wont fit wider bottles). If its a really hot day, I can use both the reservoir and bottle pockets. I can fit my necessities...sunglasses, small bottle of sunscreen, some snacks, keys and ID/credit cards, lip balm, and most importantly, my phone and inhaler. When I bought it, the front pocket fit the phone I had at the time. Its a tight fit now with a larger phone. The velcro plus buckle strap is very secure. Im a plus size person, and wear it at pretty much the full extent of the straps (check the sizing if youre a larger waist), but its still secure...and provides light lumbar support. I do most of my sweating along my upper back, so was struggling with backpack style hydration packs, plus a lot of those dont have good hip support, adding weight on my shoulders. Moving everything to my hips is much more comfortable for me, and I feel more balanced when I need to lean down or scrabble up a slope. After 3 years of frequent use, it shows no signs of damage/wear other than needing to replace the water tube (they all need regular cleaning/replacement). My only cons on this pack are the magnetic tube holder...its a weak magnet and I knocked the tube off constantly just brushing against it. I swapped it with a clip holder. I also wish the mouthpiece had a cover on it to keep dirt out. This seems like an uncommon feature for some reason. Lastly, the front pocket zipper only zips up the sides, then a flap across the top uses velcro. This always feels a little insecure. Id prefer a zipper all the way around. None of these are dealbreakers, but keep it from a full 5-star rating (Id say its more of a 4.5...being my most-used hydration pack really says a lot).

Greater than one weekAs a mountain biker, this is just perfect for small to mid-sized rides. Quality work - sturdy zippers and stitching. My somewhat large phone fits in one side pocket, snacks in the other, plenty of room in the back for keys, wallet, a clothing layer and more. Comfortable waist band and design helps air flow. Havent tried to put water bottles in it, but I think they would hold through some aggressive riding.
