> 3 day1000W G5 is unbearably loud. Even get a clicking sound when the fan speeds up and there is nothing touching the blades, so noise is from fan itself. Unnecessarily aggressive fan curve and after opening up the PSU found that the fan as well as other components are of lower quality since their switch to a new manufacturer. Get a SeaSonic or Corsair instead unless you get a G3 model or older.

> 3 dayBeen using this PSU for 10 months now and its been reliable no issues. Recently had pc problem and needed a 2nd psu to diagnose. After reading reviews on seasonic and corsair and availability purchased a 1000w EVGA G5 so now have 2 from EVGA. Not that I want all these extra components around I only need 1 pc but to diagnose its a necessary. Considering building a HTPC with extra parts.

> 3 dayI’ve had this for over a week and over that time it has performed as expected, no power delivery issues, eco mode makes it a pretty silent PSU, but there was an instance where it produced some ear splitting coil whine for a couple minutes.

> 3 dayWhen I first powered it on, there was a failure to boot and arcing sounds. I thought it shorted on something and killed my new 3090ti and my mobo. It seems fine now, but Ill definitely be keeping an eye on it.
