The flavor is pretty awesome. You can really taste the peach and the mango sweetness. I tried drinking this before my workout and had a great session. I bought this because I was looking for something that would not only help with muscle recovery but could help keep energy levels up though out the day and during workouts! Some raspberry tea flavors can miss but this one was on point! It keeps my energy levels up with no crash and I feel less sore the day after a hard workout. Would definitely recommend this!

I ordered this supplement in hopes of combatting my fatigue and muscle recovery efficiency. I am currently experiencing some mystery illness that makes me need more time in between sets as well as longer recovery times post lift sessions. This EEA has given me exactly what I had hoped it would! I can now lift more regularly because my muscles are not overworked for extended periods of time. It has boosted my overall energy levels WITHOUT jitters (I hate jitters) during every workout and I couldn’t be more grateful! Now let’s talk taste because it’s nice it does what it says it does but if it tastes nasty you most likely aren’t going to use it. Not an issue with this flavor, I use about 10-12 oz of water with one scoop and it’s perfection! Taste is great, effectiveness, is great and those ingredients are superb!

I always take EAAs during my workouts but this is the first time taking one with caffeine in it. I’ve been using it for my cardio based workouts and it worked perfectly. Give me the energy needed for the workout along with all the benefits of EAAs. This is a great product for anyone that is looking for some extra boost without the high caffeine dosage found in most pre workouts. Great taste as well.

EPN’s Energy EAA is not only great for pre-workout it can be used for afternoon energy boost and for recovery. I use it a lot in the afternoon for an energy boost with no crash. The Raspberry Iced Rea tastes amazing. Highly recommend.

I am a huge fan of EPN supplements overall but the Energy EAA pre workout is hands down one of my favorites. It’s not that overwhelming jittery feeling. It gets the job done making me feel energized & focused & that’s exactly what I need. I highly recommend this product if you’re looking for a good pre workout.

Tried this morning for energy during my swim workout. It works really well and the taste isnt over bearing. Great product.

EPN does it again with another new amazing product. Tried it at the gym last night and had plenty of energy for 2-3 hours. No hard crashing and slept well afterwards. One of my biggest issues with products is keeping you awake when it’s time to sleep. This is not one of them. Great product amazing flavor, I highly recommend!
