> 3 daynot as good as the first one from elle decor, but very professional...i just enjoy seeing real people houses as opposed to decorator rooms, though.

> 3 dayI loved Elle Decors last book (So Chic). This one was less inspiring. I think the mix of homes here leans toward too masculine and also too esoteric. I am all for seeing visually inspiring rooms that may push past my own tastes, but So Chic did a better job of showing rooms that showed real inspiration and character but balanced with more approachable rooms, too. This book fell a little flat to me. And this is coming from someone who really loves Elle Decor magazine and the taste-level that the current and former editors both maintain(ed).

> 3 dayI dont subscribe to Elle Décor all the time but only occasionally. This book is a complication of many of their interior photos. Good resource book. Not as great paper quality as I would expect from them but again, for me this is kind of like a tool and resource book so I dont particularly care. I have many great books on décor and this book is not as great as the most as a product but as a resource it is up there among the many good ones.

Greater than one weekLovely content, but being the size of a magazine (or smaller), gives little pleasure in page turning and absorbing detail.
