Elgato Stream Deck MK.2 – Studio Controller, 15 macro keys, trigger actions in apps and software like OBS, Twitch, ​YouTube and more, works with Mac and PC

The streamdeck is pretty handy for normal use, which is what I have it for. I can quickly and easily adjust settings, launch software, and start or stop recording for audio/video work with just a button or two. It saves me time and is very convenient/customizable!

The build quality of the stand and housing is a little cheaper than the keys. However, this thing is just so incredibly useful that I can easily overlook that.

I was debating buying this to upgrade my stream setup, but I wasnt sure because of the price.

Since covid hit, much of my day is spent with video conferences. I bought this to more easily control the video conferencing software (e.g. hand up, mute, camera on/off), control lights, switch audio between speaker/mic and headset and controlling certain apps. On macOS Big Sur the software runs great. It has a number of integrations out of the box (e.g. for elgato products, but also spotify) but its also easy to create custome buttons to start apps or trigger hotkeys in apps. Switching sound input/output on macOS required some scripting. Software is often the weak point for this type of accessory and elgato has done very well. This is one most polished products I have purchased for a long time. Really the only downside is price.

This thing is awesome for streaming. Dont hesitate. Buy it.

Useful but it seems very fragile!

Still learning how to use it but really enjoying it. Making it easier to use with adobe and other art programs I use.

The elgato stream deck is just what i needed to control my streams with ease. I have been wanting this for a while and now that I have it, I am super satisfied with the product. it was easy to set up and it functions just great. I honestly have nothing negative to say about it. Although you only see 15 buttons you can add additional things to those buttons, just not one function which is great for those who wants to have over 15 things for their stream or whatever the case is. So overall I love it and cant wait to add more features on the buttons.
