Love it, love it, love it!!!!

I needed a quick launcher to switch between work apps and my sons school apps. This gizmo was easy to use out of the box. very satisfied.

I use the StreamDeck for keyboard shortcuts, mainly for tasks that I have to do over and over again. In MS Word, for audio recording, video editing, also for file management. If you perform any kind of repetitive task in your job, this device can probably be customised to help you execute them quickly and smoothly. As you can programme different profiles for different software, and a folder of frequently-used shortcuts for each app, you can switch between those profiles as you use software. I wouldnt work to work without it, after only a couple of weeks.

Reasonably easy to set up. Seems to work reliably. Buttons/displays are decent quality.

After even getting a replacements, this device does not work as advertised. The software that this app uses crashes constantly and does not allow any customization of the buttons without something breaking. This is not professional grade tech, and I highly recommend using a less sophisticated keypad and simply mapping keybinds to it. For example the Logitech G13 Game Pad (works perfect for hotkeys and streaming. Its cheaper, and has more buttons too).
