Elgato Stream Deck MK.2 – Studio Controller, 15 macro keys, trigger actions in apps and software like OBS, Twitch, ​YouTube and more, works with Mac and PC

The product works well. However, you need to pay a subscription to be able to use the streamdeck via phone app. I understand charing people who dont have a stand alone streamdeck unit but why is this not included for free for people who purchased a stream deck?! Utterly stupid.

This is an incredible product in principle however the software should never have passed Beta.

I got a defective unit, bottom right corner button gets stuck (as if to be pressed without letting go, so instead of b I get bbbbbbbbbb this because a serious issue pending what hotkey I assign to it. Other than that works well and I love customizing the buttons. I am not the only person to have this issue (another reviewer had the exact same issue when pushing the right corner button or its adjacent buttons). The ox I received was previously opened (packing stickers already cut open and contents not organized). I had a longer review but it was rejected. Hopefully my replacement will not have these issues and I will amend my review and improve the rating.

Fairly easy to set up and is such a great tool for streamers. I currently have buttons set up to start/stop stream, an afk button, and a few buttons for switching between views. My husband and I both like to stream and the folders are a great way for us to customize each of our streams.

This is small with a good feel and the display quality is excellent. The software is really easy to use with instant command execution and response.

Very easy to set up and configure each button. The display on each button is clear and bright. Very useful to speed up my workflows.

Its good for general use just opening programs running software or having it do commands for you I had the 6 button never turned white screen.

Love this for OBS and quick navigation.

The Stream Deck offers a lot of functionality in a small form factor. The build quality is solid, it feels nice to work with the unit. The buttons are easy to program although they do not always seem to provide basic functionality as described (e.g.: taking a screen shot). This does not work and it is not clear why not.
