> 3 dayThis product is versatile and extensive with just the built in features, throw in the knowledge of how to script in autohotkey or another program, and you get an infinitely more useful tool.

> 3 dayGot a replacement since the top left button bugs out, and I certainly dont want to pay $150 dollars for something thats defective. Well the replacement has the same issue which is kinda garbage since its pricey. At this point its mostly the software that makes up for the board being a little defective. I would suggest waiting for this to go on sale.

> 3 dayThis makes my life so much easier! Well worth the money and infinite options. I use this in an office setting on platforms like Zoom. It takes what used to be several time consuming actions and bundles it up into one button push.

> 3 dayA fantastic product to help with streaming, video editing, etc. which usually involves a lot of hassle switching between programs. The software that works with it is simple to use and updates instantly.

> 3 dayI got this MAINLY because I wanted to use spotify while I gamed and watched media. Yes you can use spotify but the plug in costantly has issues. Loves to disconnect through the many security checks are required and also just randomly the buttons stop working and show a !. I have talked with both supports. Spotify actually got it working again by having me unplug it for 2 min and replug it back in. This still constantly happens and the unplug fix does not work everytime. Not really sure what elgato needs to do about that seeing that a ton of people have similar issues online.

> 3 daySet up for this couldnt be any easier. Plug it in, drag and drop what you want on it from your computer. Be sure you have an open USB port (you may not if are using a laptop) as the instructions specifically state do not use in a USB hub. Once set up all you have to do is push buttons - easy!

> 3 dayI dont use this primarily for gaming but its perfect for my day to day work. I am a Systems Engineer and I have so many tools and daily things that I need to use. Assigning quick launch buttons for my programs and websites is a life saver. Also I downloaded some button packs for things like Zoom meetings and other things to just make day to day tasks easy. One of my favorite things is using it to launch my daily Zoom meetings. Just add the Zoom meeting link to a button and instead of having to go to your email and dig for the Zoom link you can just press a button and your in the meeting. Then switch to the page of buttons to control the Zoom meeting and I can quickly mute and do whatever I need. The customization options of this thing make it great for non gaming uses. I am so much more efficient and when I use my other desktop I feel lost without it.

> 3 dayMy computer doesnt recognize the USB cord being plugged in, in any of the ports, while all my other devices work in the same ports. All that happens is it lights up.
