I got this to start seriously streaming on twitch. I haven’t fully set it up yet but did add some very nice functions like memes that I can pop up on screen or sounds on command. Also switching between apps easily or mapping tweets for difffent games. I love it and with the update and addition of folders you can have 15 items per folder and make a folder for every botton and then make folders Inside of those. Do the math. It’s not just 15 buttons. I love this tool for streaming. It makes it very easy to control my stream. It can but customized with the Elgato software that keeps getting updates and makes the whole experience even better.

This was for a gift and the recipient was highly delighted. Came well packaged and delivered next day direct to recipient. Appears to be easy to set up and use.

If it worked all the time, it would be great. I find I have to unplug it and replug it back in regularly and reload the software every time before I even try and stream. Functionally, when it works, its very good, however, it does NOT work most of the time.
