They do help, though may need some longer screws. Tried to stack 4, but the hinge screws are a bit shot. Definitely helps with a sack of 3, should be even better once I get some longer screws.

Its nice to no longer have to pull up on the door handle to get the lock to work.

Like a few have stated, what I received was not what was pictured and thus, I could not use it. Waste of money

These are a great product and so easy to install. Follow the instructions and in less than 5 minutes your door will not be closing on its own.

Every handyman should have these in his or hers supply box/tool bag.

Photos of product are misleading. Photo of actual product does not match what was delivered. There seems to be a product design change at some point without updating the packaging or the Amazon description. This product will work for an arch type design with 4 screws. Modification are needed toake a zig-zag pattern work.

As great as these shims sounded they just didn’t work for me. I can’t really blame the company, as far as I know. I think these just didn’t work for my door as they were advertised to.
