> 24 hourI really like the Dymatize Iso 100 protein powder, ever since I started using it, I have found that it is much easier for me to stay on track with my fitness and nutrition objectives more than before. I think that consuming protein supplements has received a lot of criticism in the past because people have actually done it in the wrong way, in a sense people think that it is essential to consumer protein alone to gain muscle, other think that it actually enhances weight loss. I loved this product because it actually helped adhere to my goals, and more important than that, I used it for the purpose it was designed to serve in the first place, as a supplement. The product itself is just a regular pure protein powdered isolate that comes in a variety of tastes and different sizes. Sizes range from one and a half pounds to five-pound tubs; they all look the same, with different flavors of which I prefer, Chocolate, Vanilla, and Peanut Butter. The reason why I actually love these flavors is because I can add them to a variety of foods that I consume on a daily basis making it less stressful for me to follow a sportsman stricit nutrition regiment. I use Iso 100 powder with my Oatmeal, Pancakes, Smoothies, and other baked items that I love to make from time to time, and also, I use it raw without any addition as a normal post-workout shake, and it also tastes great by itself. However, it’s flavor is just an external expectation about the validity of this product and it’s importance to me as a sports enthusiast, one of the least talked about subjects in both fitness and bodybuilding industries nowadays is the topic of digestibility. To me as a lactose intolerant person, I have suffered a lot through my entire life with such products, and dairy derived proteins that didn’t do me any benefit except bringing a lot of stomach pain and bloating to me. This issue is very relevant in the bodybuilding industry as most of the diets consist of high protein portions, sometimes from sources that are sensitive to some people such as dairy and eggs. Dymatize have actually solved this problem not only by stripping out all of the lactose and fat from the product, but actually adding digestive enzymes to the product to help the body utilize these high amounts of protein and use it in the right way. Another reason that would make me also support this product is the fact that it is actually faster to absorb than other protein products, the reason behind this is that it is pure protein without any trace carbohydrates or fats that disrupts the absorption and utilization process to trigger muscle protein synthesis (The scientific term used to describe the actual process of muscle building). But what comes as the jewel on the crown to me from this product is something else, the actual manufacturing process of this product involves (GMP) Good manufacturing practices, which is a term in the fitness industry that guarantees the right practices at the facility of production, as well as the wellbeing for the people who are responsible for delivering this product to as, not neglecting the two facts of keeping the environment safe and sane, and the product free of banned or suspicious ingredients. At last but not least the product is actually the best bang for the buck as it delivers for products of the same quality the cheapest serving of protein isolate as in grams per dollar.

> 24 hourNEW 5 STAR REVIEW (FRUITY PEBBLES FLAVOR): Despite my original experience with ISO 100, I saw the Fruity Pebbles flavor and the actual endorsement from Post, and just had to try it. A lot of folks think taste shouldn’t matter when it comes to protein powders (I once did too), but now that there ARE actually quality proteins that are also good-tasting (like this one!), there’s no reason to settle for one you have to choke down... This one is an actual treat! It took a couple tries to get the ingredients and ratio down, but when I did, I was shocked at how reminiscent of the cereal it actually is. I first tried it with Silk cashew/almond/pea protein “milk,” and that was ok but not much to talk about. But when I tried it with water, WOW! It may be partially because I’ve always preferred skim milk, but the flavor was a total blast from the past. I took it a step further by adding a splash of my go-to sweetener (Torani Pure sugar free vanilla syrup) and now it’s hard to stop at one serving!! I’ll definitely be giving other flavors a try now. So glad I gave this a second chance!! Apart from flavor and a strong nutritional profile, there’s no weird aftertaste and no stomach upset. Truly a wonderful supplement. ORIGINAL 3 STAR REVIEW (CAKE FLAVOR): I tried the bday cake flavor of this and it is absolutely terrible tasting! But, that being said, I don’t buy supplements expecting them to taste like a dessert—I know they are likely to be rough, but this flavor was REALLY rough to drink on it’s own; HOWEVER, when mixed with liquid chai tea mix (the kind you get prepare in a carton at the grocery store), it actually tastes pretty good. The issue there is that you have to add a very sugary substance to the product to make it tolerable. Despite the taste, the ingredients are quality and the protein/fat ratio is really good (thus the 3 stars) so there’s no doubt it’s a strong supplement, but if you dread drinking it, that can only take you so far.

> 24 hourWhen I first got this protein powder, the taste was alright and I didn’t really care about it. However, after a week or so the taste was really bad. The macros are really good and has a good amount of servings.

> 24 hourThis protein is great! So far, all the flavors I have tried is tasty. It mixes extremely well with water and works great for smoothies. My only gripe is the price per gram of protein and that it is extremely costly. There are plenty of alternatives that will work better for most bodybuilders.

> 24 hourFruity pebbles and cocoa pebbles are the best flavors (tried birthday pebbles its decent but meh, worth getting if a great deal only) I got cookies n cream cuz it was super on sale havent gotten to it yet so dunno the taste but I can say that based on my usage I go thru the fruity pebbles faster (I only use the Choco flavor for oatmeal, whereas I drink daily protein shake using the fruity pebbles it just meshes better with the other ingredients I use, banana strawberries, body armour lyte & almond milk) Anyway it goes on random sale periodically, example I got my last 75 serving jug for $74 just keep an eye on it. Under $1 per serving is good deal. Also Costco has the 2 pebbles flavors but they increased last year it used to be $40 for the 50 serving jug now its currently 62.99 for 50 serving jug. Disclosure Im not a fan of fruity pebbles the cereal, Im a lucky charms/honey nut Cheerios/ frosted flakes person but I havent had cereal in like 20 years Despite that the fruity pebbles flavor is epic Walmart sells it also but its only 20 serving jugs and their price went up also. To mix smoothies I use 900watt ninja blender from wmart that thing is a tank. just check the prices regularly godspeed everybody

> 24 hourThe only reason I gave it four instead of five stars was because a lot of the powder somehow leaked out of the container and even gotten to eat the plastic wrap covering the container and made quite a mess. So I had to cut off the plastic wrapper and clean the container. Not a big deal but I don’t think it should be leaking. Flavor is good and I liked the carbohydrate to protein ratio.
