> 24 hourGood Mineral Oil at reasonable price. Some other reviews mentioned, the oil was too thin, which I cant confirm. ( Maybe people got used to get mineral oil that has already some varnish in it. I prefer this pure oil, and mix it if needed for specific project.)

> 24 hourThis stuff worked great for cooling my computer. It smells weird at first but it quickly loses the smell. My computer has ran for several weeks now submerged in the oil with no problems. The oil is crystal clear which is perfect for what I wanted to do. I really liked how the container is wrapped in plastic during shipping this way I dont have to worry about oil leaking out of the package.

> 24 hourI use this in my fogger to fog the backyard, then I apply a dusting of sulfur. This spring time application keeps the bugs at bay. I am a beekeeper and can not use a lot of pesticides. I have found that this combination applied in the spring and in mid summer really keep all of the noseeums at bay. The first time that I used it in the fogger it created such a cloud that my neighbors became concerned - it was quite a show!

> 24 hourI bought this to condition my cutting boards. Had been using Bamboo oil from the local Wally World, but they were out. Started researching on Amazon and found out that I was overpaying for what is just food grade mineral oil. Buy it as an animal laxative was the cheapest way to go. So now I have the best conditioned cutting boards and knives in town!! Also mixed it with coconut oil which keeps the coconut oil from solidifying completely when it gets cool. Thanks reviewers!!! I learn a lot from yall!

> 24 hourIts for animal use only. That is written in the description, but not in the title, so I only found out when it arrived. Its also packaged poorly, and oil was all over the place in the box. Other than that, its a good price, so if you know what you are getting, its good. Some have commented that its OK to use on cutting boards and salad bowls. I cant comment on that, as the company is closed at the moment.

> 24 hourI used it for soaking my wood cooking utensils and keeping by butcher block and cutting boards oiled for longer life. when they start to dry out, give them a wash and let them air dry. Follow with a good oiling and they will last and last! For your wood cooking gear, I use a tupperware celery keeper to soak my utensils and reuse the oil. You don t have to dump it, keep it for the next time your utensils (wood spoons, etc) start to dry out and drop them back in for rejuvenation. Dont wash your nice woodware in the dishwasher (cutting boards, olive wood utensils, even oak and bamboo. You can make them last soooo much longer with proper care. This is the stuff for your Boos block and you awesome cutting boards.

> 24 hourI did a lot of research and learned a lot about oiling cutting boards. Mine always split and I didnt know you were supposed to oil them. I found out when I was searching for a new one and saw the BOOS board, then saw all the products and how expensive they were. After reading a lot of reviews about the mystery oils, etc. they all said its only Mineral Oil. So why pay all that money when I can buy a gallon of mineral oil for a fraction of the price. When this arrived, I took my 1 cutting board that hadnt split yet. Its 15x15 with wooden feet. I could not believe how great this worked. As soon as I poured some on and spread it with my hand over the top and sides, it sucked it up. I ended up putting about a cup on because it kept soaking in. Then I let it set before I did the bottom and the same thing, it just sucked it up and all the grain came out. It was beautiful. I also took all my wooden or bamboo spoons and my knives with wooden handles and my wooden mallets and oiled all them...wow...they sucked it all up and look fantastic. This is animal safe and I called the company to make sure its food safe and they said yes, which I figured it would be. If its ok for an animal to ingest, then its good for my cutting board, plus the mineral oil doesnt go rancid. I will definitely buy this again and continue to maintain my cutting boards. I also bought a mineral oil/bees wax to put a finish on after Im done oiling the board. I received my new BOOS board, which I bought on E-bay for 1/2 price. They go for 170.00. That is why I got this. I havent treated the new board yet, but I will before I use it and I still need to put another coat on my other butcher block. This is definitely worth the money and effort to keep your wooden kitchen accessories in good condition. Just like leather needs a conditioner, so does wood.

> 24 hourIt may not be well known, but this type of mineral oil, also called food grade is useful to treat wood cutting boards and even cedar fencing and planters. In the case of cedar items used outdoors, a simple coat stops greying and helps to preserve the wood against the elements. As such it makes a good alternative for the pricey stains and wood preservatives (assuming you like the look of the new cedar. Since it is food grade, it can be used to preserve the cedar planters safely, unlike creosote and other chemical agents which may leach into the soil and contaminate your food.
