> 3 dayI bought the 40 grit version to use for paint removal and found them to be inadequate. Their finer grits may be OK for light sanding but the 40 grit falls apart quickly with the media chipping off the backing and the backing tearing and fraying easily. Diablo disks outlast these by 3 to 1 in my use. YMVY Any bending of the disk will cause the grit to flake off exposing the backing paper. Any attempt to use a rubber sandpaper cleaner seems to make the disks fall apart faster. Others have reported good experiences with the finer grits so those are probably OK. If you are removing paint, save yourself the time and aggravation and buy Diablo or similar disks instead.

Greater than one weekI love this brand and I had no problem with the 1500 step but the 3000 somehow attracts the smallest of sand particles. I meticulously used the water hose to rinse my sander and surface of any debris but consistently getting sand particles hangin on to my da paper which gave me nasty pig tail sanding marks. I switched to the Trizek 3M and problems went away

> 3 dayThese seem to clog or wear down super fast. I was using them on my truck paint. I put the, on 2 different sanders. 1 air sander and 1 electric sander. I was lucky if I even got 1.5 holes on either to line up. Kinda makes the holes and having a vacuum hook up for your sanders useless. I wish holes patterns were universal. This was not a dig against these discs, but more of an observation

> 3 dayI would give negative stars if I could. This stuff is absolutely useless if it gets the slightest bit damp (it falls apart). The sand bonded to the paper dulls immediately and clogs. I have been doing this for a long time and this is the worst quality da paper Ive ever used. I bought a second box just to make sure it wasnt a bad production run and it was just as bad as the first. Do not buy this garbage, spend the extra couple of bucks on higher quality.
