Duo-Tone 31 Softside Checked 8 Wheel Spinner, Fuschia Red/Magnet

We bought this in July and just used it for the first time this last week for our vacation, but the zipper separates after it zips up and the suitcase is not stuffed full. We’ve tried to fix it several times over our vacation last week but can’t find a solution which makes the suitcase unusable. I was excited to use it because of it’s lightweight, but, unfortunately, it’s useless. We just got home today and I went to try and return it, but I’m not able to now. If you get this suitcase, make sure you’re able to try it out or use it within the return period.

We used it for a recent long haul flight. These bags are very lightweight and roll very easily. Chains, wheels and fabric used looks and works really great.

This luggage is hard to find online as its made in the UK. It is fantastic. Lightweight, rolls easily and looks good.

I own other IT luggage that are 31. This is more like 29.

Serviceable I guess, I can certainly tell which is mine on the luggage carrier, but dang, had to air it out for four days and still smelled toxic!

I paid like $30 more than from another site, simply b/c of shipping times. It took double the time it was supposed to to ship, with no real explanation. Also kept moving shipping date. Barely arrived for my trip home. Very frustrating - I wouldnt buy from them again. Also, suitcase is heavier than I expected (though decent quality).

The exterior dimension in the description is overall dimension, including wheels and handles. The actual compartment part is much smaller. It is as small as the medium size suitcase. The quality looks less durable and cheaper looking compare to other it luggage suitcases that I bought.

The Bag is very small - color is pink and description is inaccurate. I need to travel so I am keeping the bag.

Very first time I used this bag, on the outgoing flight, the zipper pull tab on the front panel was broken. Not happy that it could not even withstand one flight without it breaking off. Paid $101.15 for this so was expecting more. Otherwise, this bag is great. Plan to contact them to see if they will stand behind their product.
