Greater than one weekI like this toothpaste because it is safe. I’d doesn’t have toxic additive titanium dioxide which is added to almost in all toothpastes.

> 3 dayMy family and I loved this toothpaste and felt like we were doing good for ourselves, being flouride free and stevia as sweetener. This was before they switched to the aluminum tube. Aluminum is just as toxic as flouride for our nervous system. For those that are unaware, large amounts of aluminum are found in vaxxines that we are given as children to protect us. Aluminum and dem entia and/or alzh eimers go hand in hand. If you pay attention to the spout of the aluminum tube, youll see the toothpaste will start to polish or break down the aluminum. If you are polishing anything that will have food on it, like an aluminum pan, DO NOT use aluminum polish. This can be dangerous if ingested. Be safe and stay aware (awake)

> 3 dayI ordered the Dr. Sheffield’s Certified Natural Toothpaste (Sensitive) - Fluoride Free Toothpaste recently after contemplating my last fluoride-free sensitive toothpaste and realizing I wanted to try another brand. I have been using it for almost a 2 weeks now. My main points for ordering were the “fluoride free” and the “sensitive teeth” attributes. I am 42 years old and I have had sensitive teeth for years. I have a bit of gum regression with exposed roots in places and my teeth themselves have always been sensitive in nature. It is tough to find “fluoride-free” in the stores when it came to sensitive teeth options. I really like this brand so far. Pros: My teeth actually feel cleaner upon the first brushing, which I didn’t think was possible. The back of my front bottom teeth have rough spots on the back which is probably, unfortunately, plaque deposits. But in the few days I’ve been using this paste, I can feel those spots continuing to smooth out. My breath actually tastes better and smells cleaner. My teeth do not hurt after this paste. The paste is actually a paste and doesn’t “run” off the toothbrush. The bottle is easy to use. Cost: I get twice the amount of paste for the price of my old brand. Cons: None yet. Al-in-all, I really appreciate this option for safer- fluoride-free toothpaste for those of us with sensitive teeth. I will probably stick with this brand.

> 3 dayI absolutely hate mint, it burns my mouth and tastes bad, so this is good. This flavor isnt crazy overbearing like mint is for me, I brush and the taste is out of my mouth in fifteen minutes, no nausea or anything. Doesnt bubble up too crazy either, I usually have trouble brushing with other brands because theres too much bubbling and I end up feeling sick but I didnt experience that here. I like this and the chocolate kind. I think this will be my go to brand from now on.
