Love dove bathing soap I like the scent of this one cucumber and green tea great combo gives my skin moister and refreshens doesnt dry skin like the generic soap of other brands.

This was the first time using this type of Dove soap. It smells really good & it lathers well & does not dry my skin out. It doesnt melt as fast as some bath soaps do. I think for the price & the 6 bars you get, it is a good deal. I like this soap a lot & will buy again

I have used Doves Softer Skin, Cucumber & Green Tea for years. But, It is now much too heavily scented! I had to put the box on my back porch, The extra strong scent ran us off the porch. Now, I have Opened and Separated them, and placed them in my (now scented) garage. Perhaps, I will soon be able to bring one bar at a time to my bathroom. We will see. (fingers crossed) Please consider SOFTER scent like it used to be.

I haven’t been a fan of bar soap before, thinking they dry me out, but after my husband really wanted to try bar soap cause hand soap dries his hands up. Lately I’ve been experiencing itchy skin flare ups that lotion and wetting my skin doesn’t help much or long lasting (temporary hour relieves). I subconsciously scratch myself and it’s been terrible. Maybe stress itches from COVID lockdowns. Today I used the new Dove Bar Soap in cucumber green tea and I immediately feel a difference even from the other Dove Bar Soap we were using that we found in our pantry. My husband liked the bar soap enough and had me reorder some after it was used up so I went to buy the cucumber green tea bar soap if a new line of sensitive bar soap. I can say I love it more then any body wash or bar soap I’ve used. It’s much better then the other Dove Bar Soap we ran out off. After liking the feel of hand washing with it, I used it to wash my arm and the whole night I felt very wonderful and not itchy. It still feels clean, soft and moisturized (but not wet sticky moisturized like lotion). Has that just applied effect like the Aveena Anti Itch Lotion for Eczema that didn’t work past half an hour for me. I now crave to try it in place of body wash and facial cleanser to see if it still as good. It smells wonderful also! ————- Update: I tried it as a body wash and facial cleanser now and can also now say that it is wonderful for those purpose as well. I’ve shared it with my sister and she loves it just as much and using them for face body hand as well.

Great scent and helps with dry skin

Love the scent and product but unfortunately my sensitive skin isn’t always willing.

I purchased this as a body soap but recently started using it on my face as I had the beginnings of a stye in one of my eyes and soap (and baby shampoo) can help clear them up if youre careful in using it.. well the stye was completely gone after two days of washing, and I absolutely loved how clean my face felt so I kept using it! So far Ive been using it each evening as part of my skin care routine for about a week now and havent experienced any dehydration or irritation on my skin, although I do follow it with the rest of my nourishing skin care products. Ive also noticed that the few little spots I had have completely cleared up and no new ones have formed. You get so many bars and theyre so big, its awesome value for money. Now I have face and body soap thatll last me a really long time.

Dove puts out some great soap

It’s a good soap to use on a daily basis. Great lather that lasts. Great scent.
