Not real dove soap don’t smell or look the same

I wouldn’t call this fake Dove. I am a life long Dove customer of multiple products. If you look at the packing it does have Arabic, Farsi, or Urdu writing. My best guess is this came from a surplus of inventory that was intended to go overseas. Yes, the bar is slightly smaller but I could not find Dove Pink anywhere in stores during the COVID pandemic so I purchased here on Amazon. The smell is different from the Dove Pink moisturizing bar that is sold in US markets BUT if you are familiar with the scent of the Dove Exfoliating bar, it could be described as less rosy but more clean. Overall, it is not a bad or unpleasant and I actually do enjoy it. I cannot discern any difference in the moisturizing properties of the soap that was sent to me. My skin feels just as smooth and soft as it would after using any other Dove product. It should be advertised that while this is Dove it is not sold on the US markets. I think that would clarify any confusion.

Its not like the original scent. It changed. It smells stronger. It was okay for the first few bars but then started to irritate my lady parts later on. Had to stop using it.

I was very disappointed that it no longer smells the way it used to, frankly that was the only reason I purchased it, wow what a let down!

I LOVE the Dove bar and I like the pink the best.

dove soap bars never disappoint. this one especially is my favorite because it never leaves my skin feeling rough or dry, always moisturized. it doesnt make your skin feel like paper but more moisturized and SOFT. I love this scent too, not too strong and just perfect.

This is a cost effective product that arrived in a timely manner and packaged very well. I would buy again from this vendor. Dove soap is perfect for what I am looking for. I would buy this product again. The pink color makes a girls bathroom smile too.
