I like the exfoliating properties and the smell.

I love it completely. Miosturizes, cleans and refreshes, and removes dead skin. It has a rough surface. A real mans soap! Lol

Happy, been using hemp balm, for dry skin (meds) the dove moisture just as well at a1/3 of cost smells better too

To get the negative out of the way: the scent is okay. and the bars dont last quite as long as some others. eh, no matter... The good, and why I really like this soap: it suds up really well its mildly exfoliating on its own but with a wash cloth its absolutely luxurious. once im dry, it leaves my skin tight

Always use this soap and will not use anything else trhanDove Soap. Makes me feel freash and clean.

Excellent soap, it washes you really nice leaves your skin feeling and smelling great. It feels very moisturizing and is a new facorite dove bar for me. Its an all around great bar of soap for a great price

I purchased the Dove Men+Care Body and Face Bar (Deep Clean) soaps as part of my quest to find a good performing body cleanser that wouldnt over-dry my skin. I have to say that i believe ive found such a product, but with a few asterisks. First, it does exactly what it says it does, it cleans your skin without over-drying. The soap was easily lathered. The purifying grains were a nice touch, not too harsh and works great when cleaning the skin with the bar itself, however when lathered into a wash rag or loofa, you dont feel the grains at all. Possibly due to the grains not transferring over to the rag or getting stuck inside the porous fabric threads, but in any case not a problem for me (Although i did purchased the Deep Clean bar over the Extra Fresh version for the purifying grains). As i washed my body, the soap felt like average soap with no noticeable effects, however when i began to rinse the soap off my body, i noticed that my skin wasnt too dry as with other soaps. It wasnt hydrated or moisturized as you would be if you apply Body Lotion on your skin, but it was for the most part nice and Supple. The scent is a nice, classic Mens fragrance. Not overpowering at all, in fact id prefer it to be a bit stronger, but thats just my personal preference. I can still smell it on my skin so thats nice. All in all, this is an OK soap, definitely a step up from the Dial Antibacterial soap ive been using for a few months, however my high expectations werent met, possibly due to my overconfidence and high demands for the product itself. As long as you dont expect this soap to moisturize your skin as well as lotion would but still wont dry out your skin either, then this product is worth a try. Would i buy again, sure, but id probably do some more research before shelling out another $9 for an 8 bar pack in case their something out there better at a reasonable price. If not then id continue to buy/use this.
