I have never smelled a scented deodorant that I liked. Usually the smell is annoying until I start to sweat, after which it becomes obnoxiously cloying. Because of this, I always used unscented deodorant. Ive been using an unscented deodorant from a different brand, and decided to try the Dove instead. The other brand would leave red bumps in my armpits, and exacerbate irritation from shaving. I dont know if this would work on people with something closer to prescription-grade sweating, and I dont do a lot of heavy duty, sweat-inducing work, but Dove deodorant keeps the sweat away without irritating my skin.

This is the only deodorant I can find that doesnt give me severe hives. It genuinely smells like nothing/is unscented, it is pretty effective (although I do have to re-apply some days), and each stick lasts a decent amount of time. Ive tried almost every other kind of deodorant, regular brands, organic brands, and aluminum-free brands, and everything else, other than this, immediately gives me bad hives. I would definitely recommend if you struggle with hives or sensitive skin.

Doesnt make me break out/rashy, but does stain my white shirts and isnt super effective in preventing me from smelling during the warmer months. Just used this for a summer of 105 degree frahrenheight weather in Rome for 6 weeks and I can safely say that I was smelly the entire time. Works pretty well in the New England winters when I am not sweating up a storm. I always shower after workouts, so I never really notice that I am smelly during a workout.

Why is this deodorant so hard to find?! I order large quantities of this deodorant on amazon as I cannot find it in stores. I have extremely sensitive skin so I need a deodorant that is truly unscented without any added fragrances. This deodorant contains neither. I can use it directly after shaving without any burning or stinging. I also find this deodorant to be effective against odor and significant wetness. I tend to sweat (not excessively) and this deodorant helps minimize it, but does not stop all sweating. I do not have problems with this deodorant staining my clothes. This is a wonderful deodorant for those with sensitive skin. I wont use anything else!

This deodorant does not irritate my sensitive skin. It also does not irritate my fiances skin, and he has eczema. Keeps us both dry all day. Have to dock a star, though, because its not invisible. The white residue isnt bad, but it is still there. Mostly odorless, very faint scent to it.
