The design, color, and look are absolutely gorgeous! And they are very recognizable at baggage claim, which was a plus for me. Unfortunately, there are 2 cons for me and that’s why I gave it 3 stars. The first is that the handle on the largest suitcase is too short. The second, and most disappointing, the shell cracked near the wheel after only a few uses, and now the wheel collapses when rolled. I would have given it 5 stars if not for the crack/wheel.

Very disappointed. Purchased as a birthday gift for my sister and only received one of the 3 AND the one received had been used and was busted by the wheel.

My Daughters College Visitation Road Trip. Very sturdy, reliable and small yet big enough for 1 week geataway.

I ordered the 3 piece for a great price and only received the 25 piece. The manufacturer box it came in is clearly marked 3 piece set. It also lists the dimensions and weight for the 3 different pieces. But there is just one piece of luggage in the box. Extremely disappointed as I wanted the entire set for an upcoming trip.

I recommend to get the insurance because my bag got scratched and the zipper broke after the first trip, it’s cute and I like the 4 wheels easy to travel.

I travel around the USA I liked how big it was I didnt like how it broke. The zipper broke on outside and inside. I just want it replaced. I have warranty

The item is nice overall but received with a tear in side. Not happy spending so much money on a item and then receive it damage. Definitely need a replacement to be sent to me or a refund.

I bought it in advance and was not able to return it.
