The seller resolved the issue. Edit to add: The seller has reached out to help alleviate the situation, but now Amazon is apparently the one who is charging people for items they never even received... Im at a loss and I guess scammed out of $23 from Amazon. Editing my review due to the fact that the seller charged me 2x for a single rug. I had received two of the same rug, and opted to do an exchange, in APRIL. I got the new rug early May, but now I am being charged because the seller says they never received my return?! I absolutely love these mats. They are bright, fun and cheery for my kitchen remodel. They are not a true rug but more of a soft rubber mat with a felt like design on the top. When this gets wet, it looks stained until it dries due to having black underneath the design, instead of white. My biggest gripe, and this wont apply to some folks, but if you have black furry friends that shed a lot then you will hate these mats lol. They show all my back pugs fur, but thats not the sellers fault. I love these mats and would recommend to anyone if you keep the few things I mentioned in mind.
