> 24 hourAfter having tried two VHF/UHF SWR/PWR combo meters, I was getting incorrect readings. The SWR was WAY off on an MFJ-862 meter and on a small, Chinese-made meter as well, plus the needle stuck on the cheap one (I reviewed both for Amazon). I thought something was wrong with my radio. This one nailed the wattage and the SWR perfectly. The Kenwood D710-GA radio is supposed to put out 50 watts on both frequencies. MFJ told me the SWR was terrible even though I had previously adjusted the antenna using an expensive meter (now stored away). The cheap Chinese-made meter told me the wattage was only 22 watts. After reading the reviews I gave this one a shot and it showed a true SWR and power reading on the rig. Nothing wrong with my radio or antenna! I purchased this through a Ham Radio dealer site because the the only seller on Amazon is asking $20 more for it than its worth. Diamond is an awesome company.

> 24 hourI like the size of the meter. This is my first time owning a cross needle meter. In my opinion, the meter face is easy to read. I wish it were easier to read the low / high marking for the power range selection button. The other thing that would be nice is if the meter were lighted. Overall, quite pleased. Price seemed reasonable for this good quality meter.
