side compartment zipper broke after one trip. Carrying handle Flimsy and one side sometimes doesnt lock in place.

I like the look and maneuverability, but after 2 trips, the edges/corners are worn down from baggage handling. I do not think it is constructed very well.

Not durable for air travel will become defective. Material rubs off. Zipper fell off on the front not good maneuvrrability. Not for air travel

The size, quality, & pockets are perfect! I have the 20 & it fits inside the 28. When we go to Hawaii clothes in smaller bag & all our special buys in the big bag

I loved my luggage when I received it! I got all three different sizes including the carry on roller. That piece arrived damaged so I got a replacement no problem. The large one was used three times and when I got it off the conveyer belt last night from my trip, there was a big rip at the seam. I know the airlines are rough with our luggage but I don’t think it should have ripped after three uses. I am very disappointed as now I don’t feel it will withstand a fourth use. It was so pretty and rolled very well! I’m really bummed I’ll have to find sturdier luggage now.

4 stars as it didnt take long for tassels to unravel, but overall it a nice piece of luggage

The 360 degree wheel turn is smoooooth, I mostly wheeled it upright during my trip, it’s like pushing a cart.

Did not hold up. One trip by air, bags are falling apart already. Am returning....
