Love my bags!!!

Lovely piece of luggage. The suitcase is pretty much exactly what I thought it would be. Its very nice looking and good quality. The only thing that would make it better would be if it was a little less heavy, but Im quite pleased.

Its not that high quality luggage.I dont think it will last long as well.Gets clumsy if i put some extra stuff.Handle is not good quality.

After 10 months, the pull handle broken.

Loved the color of the material on this luggage but it did not hold up. Didnt seem to have any type of scotch guard protection. Got very dirty on the first leg of my trip. Ive had much cheaper luggage that didnt dirty for years. Wanted other prices of this luggage but would not buy now. Too expensive to get so dirty right out the gate.

My husband and I took this 24 suitcase, as well as the 28 version, on a week-long cruise, and we were very pleased with them both. Not only were they the most attractive pieces of luggage of the many we viewed while both boarding and disembarking, they performed like a dream. The Shadow fabric pattern is very classy, yet stands out, as it has a pattern and sheen reminiscent of a reptile. There are also little touches, such as the large zipper pulls, and leather (Genuine?) tassel and corner patches, that add to the visual appeal. There are handles on the top, bottom, and side, which make it easy to pick up and move. The zippers glide easily, as do the multi-directional wheels. The suitcases were so easy to maneuver in tighter spots that would have been such a hassle to negotiate otherwise. The telescopic handle works well, and seems to be sturdy enough. The suitcases have lots of pocket space, both inside and out, and expand to fit more inside contents. The inside holding capacity is also ample, as I estimate the 24 held about 35 pounds, give or take, and the 28 easily held at least 50-60 - both including a few bottles of alcohol we brought back - (and wed weighed the 28 at about a little under 50 lbs before the trip to not surpass weigh limits). The suitcases themselves are light-weight, and the 24 suitcase fits neatly inside the 28 suitcase. In closing, I would highly recommend these suitcases, as they are the whole package.

This is the perfect carry on for flying. Lots of space for all I need for short vacations.

the case is very nice and I took it to a two week trip to Europe about a month after receiving it from Amazon. after arriving in Europe I found that some of the stitching had come loose and my belongings were in danger of falling out. Luckily I carry a small sewing kit and double stitched the affected area. I notified amazon when I was back in the states of my problem. I was first referred to the Steve Madden company and they were worthless help. Amazon really came through and made it right with me. They sent me a new bag and I returned the faulty bag. I really looked the bag over very good and did not find any issues. The first one was probably just a fluke that can sometimes happen. But I was so happy that AMAZON made it right with me! My advice is to look over the stitching on the bag very good. Other than the stitching issues that bag did some hard traveling on rough pavement, went up and down steps ( I usually lifted and carried the bag on the steps) and came through like a trooper. My stitching was top notch!!
