> 3 dayI only buy lightweight suitcases online, and this one is perfect. I ordinarily check luggage; but with the recent lost luggage problems in Europe, I bought these for me and my husband to carry one. This Lucas is perfect, as is the next size one I have. Excellent fabric, and very lightweight.

> 3 dayI LOVE this suitcase. The design, which I feared would look old ladyish, looks much better in person. In fact it is stylish, hip, and a standout. I can easily spot it on the belt. I ordered it just before a 2 week, multi- country/multi-airport trip. Other than the obvious wear on the wheels that show it has been rolled over the ground, this suitcase looks brand new. The fabric is tough yet lightweight and easy to clean. Ive had other suitcases claiming to be light (until you fill them), but none quite as light as this. Even comparing all of my suitcases while empty, this one is the real featherweight. I may splurge for its big and little sisters and ditch all of my other cases. If youre hesitating, you can stop now.

Greater than one weekReally perfect for a shorter trip. Not a carry on but I went away for 5 days and everything fit! Rolls very smoothly too.

> 3 dayBest piece of luggage Ive ever owned. Spacious, rugged, yet extremely lightweight--plus the wheelies make it easily maneuverable. Love the handles sewn into the fabric exterior; they are placed precisely where you need them to hoist the bag into car trunks and such. I bought it for a three week trek through Italy, and it held everything I needed for the trip. Dragging it over canal bridges in Venice and down alleyways in Naples, it got plenty of abuse, but it held up well.
